We serve communities within approximately 1.5 hours of Ottawa and travel farther for larger residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Contact us to discuss your location.
Project timelines vary depending on the flooring system, concrete condition, and project size. Most residential garage installations are completed within 1–3 days, while larger commercial projects may require additional time. Every estimate includes a clear project schedule before work begins.
Epoxy is a thick, durable resin system ideal for garages and basements. Polyaspartic is a newer technology that cures much faster (hours instead of days), offers superior UV stability, and resists yellowing. We often use epoxy as the base coat and polyaspartic as the clear topcoat for the best of both.
Absolutely. A quality flooring system starts with quality concrete. Before any coating is applied, we inspect the surface, complete the necessary repairs, and prepare the concrete to ensure maximum adhesion and long-term performance.
Before installation, the work area should be completely clear of vehicles, shelving, storage, tools, and anything resting on or attached to the floor. This allows our team to begin preparation immediately and keeps the project on schedule. If needed, we can clear your garage and return your belongings after the project is complete for an additional fee.
We serve Ottawa and surrounding communities within approximately 1.5 hours. We also travel beyond this area for larger residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Contact us to discuss your location.
Every project is different. Pricing is based on factors such as square footage, concrete condition, required surface preparation, repairs, moisture levels, and the flooring system selected. Following an on-site or photo-based assessment, we'll provide a detailed estimate outlining exactly what's included.
The right flooring system depends on how the space will be used, the condition of the concrete, moisture levels, maintenance expectations, and your design preferences. During your consultation, we'll assess your project and recommend the best fit, whether that's solid colour, flake, metallic, quartz, or a silica broadcast system.

Tell us about your project, and we'll recommend the right flooring system for your space, performance needs, and budget.
We'll follow up by email for photos, approximate square footage, and any other details we need for your estimate.
